Seller Coverage:

Coverage offered during the listing period, typically free to the seller with a commitment to purchase the warranty for their buyer. It is most commonly less comprehensive than the buyer coverage. In most circumstances limitations including length of offering and occupancy are applicable.

Buyer Coverage:

Coverage offered to a home buyer that is typically for a period of one year following the settlement date.

2 Year Extended Warranty:

This is an optional feature that offers the home buyer a second year of coverage on the home's major systems. The systems must meet age, condition, and inspection requirements to qualify for the coverage.

Coverage Guarantee:

Most home warranties will not cover pre-existing conditions failing to provide the peace of mind that a home buyer expects with a home warranty. We offer an optional component that guarantees coverage if it is a covered item that passed inspection by an accredited home inspector.

Financials

RESPA regulations require each party of a joint venture to contribute an equal amount of capital proportionate to their ownership. The amount of capital required to start the joint venture depends largely on the choices of the brokers including the type of the contract that will be printed (size number of colors, etc.) other marketing materials selected for product launch (posters, banners, promotional materials, etc). State regulations are another variable in minimum start up costs.

Pro Forma

The warranty units sold are directly linked to the volume of the affiliated broker and the achieved capture rate. Our warranty joint ventures are profitable because most expenses are variable and the fixed expenses are minimal.
